I am currently involved in rehabbing house in northwest florida. My wife and I are also property appraisers in our area and own an appraisal company. I am interested in talking with some hard money lenders in Florida that will help us take our rehab business to the next level and allow us to aquire more houses for rehab and resale. Is there anyone in this area that may be able to help us or willing to talk to us?
