An “abstracted” or recorded final J has a life by state statute of so many years, then may be renewed if the J holder elects to renew it.
But if you mean what is the statute of limitations for HOA dues, that’d be as per CO statutes on written contract, as HOA dues are written obligation of HO.
“Hometown specific” is meaningless as these laws are state laws that cover the whole state, in or out of towns and no town or city ordinances have the right to change the statutes.
