about the site and I did look into them.
Here’s the scoop.
The person that operates the site is also an advertiser of creonline.com. The folks of CREonline don’t let just anyone advertise. So that’s a plus…
4realestateleads.com is also owned by the people at
onlinesales123.com that offer lead generating services.
The same people above also run the site
Webuyhouses911.com. They are also investors…
I believe they are legit. They’re presentation seems legit. The concept looks fine. The result …well…that’s up to you.
I am not going to comment on whether I like them or not. But I would not want to use them for one reason.
BEING THAT THEY ARE INVESTORS TOO AND ACTIVELY DOING THE BUSINESS I DOUBT YOU WILL GET THE BEST LEADS.
I suspect they might want to keep to themselves.

For the record our service does not allow anyone to “Cherry pick” we use the service for our own investing business as a user but each lead is only sold once and is exclusive. and we only buy in our Market (Utah). We get too many leads a day to go through one by one looking for good deals.
