Michael Warren has a program in which he turns houses like this into elder care facilities. Good money but lots of work doing by your self. You hire the help. Let how to set it up and collect your rents.

I posted a message a few days ago asking about a property I was looking at (5+ beds, 3000sq ft, etc. It’s posted under the heading “rooming house”) My idea to improve cash flow was to use it as a rooming house, since they are common in that area. I got a post suggesting use as a group home for seniors or mentally handicapped adults. Any thoughts about how to do this? Do I run the group home myself, or lease it to an agency? Any thoughts and experience from all of you would be greatly appreciated.
