HELLO EVERYONE,
My name is Lex “Redbone” Sommaripa. Writing to you from So.Brevard County, Melbourne, FL. I’ve been reading & studying many posts in the last 2-3 days while awaiting Lonnie’s 2 books, to arrive in a day or two.
I’m really learning alot!. I’ve been reading real estate books for years, been licensed in two states, but never have gotten my feet wet, or studied mobile home real estate before. I’m thinking of joining a real estate club here in town for knowledge and networking, meeting people.
I currently live in an Airstream for 6+ years, have outgrown it. This park I’m living in is closing in April 2004.Very difficult (or impossible) to find a piece of land to place an RV on due to various zoning laws,only one other RV park in town. Really don’t want to continue living in a park.I like as much peace and quiet as possible after living in a very noisy neighborhood for years, up North.
Hopefully by January 2004 I’ll have a few grand to get started, after paying off my credit card debt.Has anyone had/have any experience in this area?
ANY SUGGESTIONS & ENCOURAGEMENT for this rookie student will be most welcome!
