Thought I’d say “hi” to the people at this board. Just found you a few days ago and this site/board has some awsome stuff!
Had a little paradigm shift as I have been learning more about investing and “money” in general. Looking to diversify from “traditional” R.E. investments and all I can say is “wow” to this segment of the market.
The ironic part is that a friend of mine actually recommended a little book called “Deals on Wheels” to me a few years ago and I was too close minded to even look at it. Well needless to say, I already ordered it from the CRE bookstore and I cant wait to learn more about this niche. I’ve already done some local research and called on a fsbo which was actually owned by the park owner and he wanted a cash sale w/ no financing. I kept my mouth shut about what I have been reading about until I get Lonnie’s book 
I see that unfortunatly I just missed the NC boot camp, how often do you guys try to have these? I am in the Central Florida area. Thanks!
