For those of us who are buying and financing 1-4 Family income properties we have just received great news. In renegotiating their contract with Fannie Mae, North American Mortgage Company has been granted permission for unlimited Fannie Mae investor loans. Gone is the Limit of only 4 Fannie approved loans per borrower at least for the customers of NAMC. with NAMC being a nation wide lender, this opportunity is open to everyone in every state. I have had great results with NAMC and welcome this opportunity to get better rates with Fannie backed mortgages.
Hope this is good news for everyone and perhaps a sign of better times ahead.

I posted an ad from my local paper a couple of weeks ago, regarding 95% NOO loans. I didn’t post the contact info, and asked people to email me if they wanted to know who it was. It was North American Mortgage Company. Sounds like a good resource.
