Just wondered if anyone else knows about Graystone Real Estate Mortgage and note company of Texas.
I know they front the money to buy mortgage notes.
Anyone deal with them or vouch for their program. Does it work? We received a few replys and I thank you. Just want to make sure before we invest the $695. Is it a viable and workable program? Do they really put up the money?

Companies like this usually never fund your deals. They will tell you that any deal you find “doesn’t fit their current guidelines” which seem to change daily.
I have not dealt with Greystone, but this is usually what you are up against with others.
