I’m spilling the beans and talking about some things no other investor I know of has figured out before, much less talked about. I’ll give you a hint . . . this comes straight out of my as yet unpublished “stalking the motivated seller” course.
Let your competition blow all their money on ads, billboards, flyers or bandit signs designed to attract “no equity” sellers . . . and let’s you and I focus on knocking down five figure equity deals we can pick up for cents on the dollar.
Tune in and be ready to learn. If you thought short sales was a hot concept . . . I suggest come Thursday morning you may want to consider keeping a pair of oven mitts handy.
If you’re tired (I know I am) of hearing the same old same old, rehashed and retold from every other “a whole 2 years in the business” guru, then do not miss this event.
