Hi,

I’m a newbie to both this forumn and real estate. I have read alot about the importance of getting to know neighborhoods and citys in order to increase the opportunities for good deals.

Does anyone know of a good web site that has good information about housing prices, population growth, etc for different cities/regions, as well as more local information within cities?

Try the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES WEBSITE(NACO.ORG) IT HAS A WEALTH OF INFO ON EACH COUNTY IN THE U.S. GIVES CENSUS DATA ETC. ETC.
