I’m in Silicon Valley where any type of “housing” except maybe the county jail is out of reach for 80% of us.
Lot rents alone start at about $750/mo in most of the
decent parks; so a quick turn is probably the only option.
Would a newbie be better off buying paper in a more sanely
priced area ? Can you do this business if your prospects
are 150+ miles away ?
