I don’t know if notes are the primary way to go for me personally, but it seems clear reading this and the other forum that at least a working knowledge of the paper business is essential to maximizing profits/opportunities in the real estate business. A lot of the stuff on this board goes right past me.

John, your courses offered on this site seem to be geared toward those that already have at least a basic understanding of the industry.

What would you (or anyone else) recommend as a place to start learning the paper business for a new guy just getting into the RE business?

I would suggest Terry Vaughn’s Paper Into Gold course which you can order from this site or any material from Jimmy Napier. All good stuff. I have both.
