I am a full time college student who is currently without a job, it is somewhat hard to find a job with my schedule. Before you click away from this please realize that I have read several “creative real-estate” books and courses. The one thing that I have noticed with all of them is that they don’t really tell you step-by-step what to do or where to start.
I’m asking for someone who’s experienced to guide me through it, maybe someone I can email back and forth. I don’t know if there’s anyone out there that would do that, but if so please let me know, thank you.
