I am NOT an attorney but have run into this before. All I had to do was send them a certified letter explaining that they had 1 week after signing the letter confirmation to get their stuff or else it would be at the curb! They came and got it!

I recently purchased a home in Florida about 3 weeks ago. The seller will not get his belongings out of the house. I have already moved in. I keep calling him and he tells me he will be coming over and doesn’t show up. When I ask if he still wants the stuff he tells me yes. I think it is all junk and want it out to continue my rehab work. Can someone help guide me?
