Basically what you need to do if you’re serious about building a note brokering business is to let as many RE groups know as you can possibly do.
CL is a good start because it’s free, but then a constant and steady follow-up with colorful printed “fliers” left at RE offices and cards given to everybody you can think of…banks, contractors, title cos, RE lawyers, CPAs, etc.
And as you suggest doing some courthouse digging and finding those note holders of record.
