How did you come to the decision to use a corporation?
It is been largly recomended to use an LLC for rentals.

I am getting ready to start my private Real Estate Investing Company. I have created a corporation and will be placing trust deeds, rental property, and all income from various methods of investing into this corporation. However, I do not want to advertise my corporation name to the public and I want to use another name for the business I am doing. My question is when being a private real estate investor, do I need to have a business name and license? Also, can I run a business but have the income from that business go directly into my corporation?
