If you are lucky, a banker will refer it the SBA 504C, or if no one in your area will touch it there are some HM lenders who might help you build. Once you’re stablized go get traditional funding. you may contact me if you like.

I am looking to open an Extreme Family Fun Center. I have been looking for banks/lenders that have experience in working with the Theme Park industry and haven’t been able to find any. I have been laughed out of banks that don’t know anything about the industry and the funding has to come from someplace.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
