Ready to start selling apartments as needed (whole complex or duplexes, quads, etc.) to investors. These are fully occupied with a waiting list. Located in Kansas. Built five years ago. I used to hang around the boards and learn over many years. This is a very good buy and hold. I prefer to offer this first to the many folks on the boards who assisted me to be in this position. Been working on putting this transaction together for over two years. My motivation is to move onto the next phase of projects by selling these units. Just finishing the package.
