It depends on your area and what you define as a “deal”. I live in Orlando, a very hot sellers market right now. I can still locate good deals day in and day out. There is a ton of competition for those good deals though and everybody is scouring the MLS.
Most brokers are only interested in contracts not options, however they are usually required by law to present whatever comes along unless the seller instructs otherwise.
