You would have to have the deep, deep pockets of Bill Gates to tackle this neighbor-“hood”.

Most of the r.e.investors in Ft.Worth won’t even go in this area during the daylight much less the night time. I’ve lived here in Ft. Worth for over 25 years and this area has been in the same condition since that time and long before.

My opinion is you can’t rebuild the entire “near southeast side of downtown” by yourself. But, then maybe you wouldn’t mind being a slumlord.

That’s the quick down and dirty of it.

Hello you lurkers in the Ft Worth area. I would like to hear from those in Ft Worth who are knowledgeable in the southeast area on Yuma ave south of Berry and east of the freeway. I.E. How bad is the war zone? There is a huge project there as a major challenge. Suggeestions?
