The best place for getting free forms is a local law library. Most counties have a free one open to the public, or there might be a law school with an open library. I get virtually all of my forms from a local law school library.
I’m a new investor who has just completed the rehab on my first property (for flipping). I’m desperate to find a contract for selling the property (FSBO). I’ve looked everywhere for a free one, but cannot seem to find one. Does anyone know where I can find one free or should I just go to Office Depot, etc. and purchase one of theirs?
