First and foremost, I want to say that I am not the author of the software mentioned here nor am I paid to advertise for the author. This post is simply for information.
I was searching the web last night for software that would answer my phone, take messages, stamp Caller ID/date/time, and allow multiple mailboxes.
I wanted this software to use with my REI via lease purchasing. This way I can make my messages available 24 hours to tenant/buyers and my motivated sellers who call.
Once a caller calls, they hear the initial greeting and are prompted to press 1 for buyers and 2 for sellers or any other way you wish to set it up. You have 10 boxes to use!
Best of all - it’s FREE software. I only have a cable modem and therefore I need to buy a voice modem to make it work but, what the heck. No adware is installed with this software either. My ZoneAlarm detects no outgoing attempts at connections to other sites or computers while it’s running on my PC.
If you don’t want to rent voice mailboxes for your REI and you have a line at home to use, go to http://www.internetsoftsolution.com and download EzVoice 1.1.1 - I have yet to test it myself but I thought I’d let everyone know - especially newbies. Take care!
