As a small town real estate broker, a one man shop right now; I thought that it would be nice to have an office in town. So upon renting an office in town I prepared a news release for the local paper. I took the release in to the paper and the owner told me that he could not run a release without charging me for advertising. He did however tell me that he would be happy to write an article about my venture. So he did that, and it can be seen on line.
