While not a student of that particular program, I will venture an answer…if it’s ok.
As far as having your docs checked by an attorney…YES you must do that! In terms of locating an attorney… I suggest visting a CREI club in your area. They are usually very helpful when it comes to referral. (There is a link to a list of CREI Clubs by state on the left hand navigation bar of the CREOnoine main page)

I’ve purchased the ABC’s Course, read it and listened to the audio 3 times. I think this can be done.
However, because I live in Michigan, will I have to have an attorney review the forms/contracts (supplied in the course) to ensure these will fly in MI? Trying to ascertain if these forms Indiana specific or universal.
If I do have to have an attorney review these docs, does anyone have a recommendation for an attorney familiar with SUB2 transactions? I live in Southeastern MI, 15 miles North of Detroit, and I have been having difficulty finding an attorney that can facilitate this. Been through 5 thus far.
I’d really appreciate feedback from the Frances, Mr. Meister, students of the program, or anyone. Thank you in advance.
