I have a vacation home in Florida and I would like to sell part of it to someone else that loves to vacation near Disney World. The purpose is to share the costs.
Is it possible to do this on my own ( with an attorney of course )?
How small of chunks can I break it into? I am thinking 1/4 ownership since I seem to use it only 3 months a year and perhaps I can find others that perfer the other months.

Done all the time…if your subdivision HOA will allow it…I’d start by visiting one of the local hi-rise condos in the area and speaking with management to get the name of a good attorney who works with partial or time share ownership.
