Greetings,

My wife and I are selling our first home by ourself (FSBO – no buyer or selling agents involved).

In California, we heard that these two forms are required in selling a home:

  1. Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS-11)
  2. Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement (NHD-11)

Could anyone confirm if I am correct? Also, is there any other forms that I missed?

Order the residential disclosure package from:
http://www.propertyid.com/propertyid_index.html

They have the forms you mentioned and many more…that’s what all the agents have their sellers do.
