I’d do these things:

First, have your lawyer contact the B and inform them that they do NOT own the property legally, and

Secondly, have your lawyer prepare and record a Notice of Interest so those people can’t easily resell the house, and

Third, go talk to the District Atty in your city about your ex’s fraudulent QCD as that’s a criminal matter that they should prosecute.

Understand that neither you nor your lawyer can threaten to go to DA, as that’s extortion and itself a crime! Just do it, without any threat of it.

during divorce proceedings I had moved out. My wife listed and sold our home without my ok. she was able to do this with a quit claim deed saying I was deeding the house to her soley. I did not do this and the siginature on the deed is not mine. Can I get the house back and if so what happens to the people who bought and live there now?

Wow…The integrity of that document is the resposibilty of your former wife and the notary. In most states no such document is legal unless notarized, it is the Notary’s responsibilty the verify identity of all parties that apply their signature to a document to be notarized. This was a dumb move by your X and the notary.
