Any and all RECs must be made payable to your broker, so you need to clear this with him/her.
I can’t conceive of any REB turning down RECs of any kind, unless they’re NG for some other reason,such as conflict of interests, etc…but talk to your REB about this.
Can you accept a commission for finding foreclosures for individuals when you have a real estate license hung in a corporation used to sell timeshares? I sell timeshares but would like to work at home finding foreclosures.
