Al,
Joe doesn’t cover REO’s in his “Totally Dominate” foreclosure course as I recall but his latest “Mitigate This” course, if I understand correctly, goes into great detail on that approach as well as buying them at discounted prices (Shortsale). Exactly why I want to get the course next.
All the best, Lyal

Al,
From the lack of response to both your posts, it would appear that noone has used the material. Never heard of him myself.
IMHO the best foreclosure material is authored by Joe Kaiser and sold on this site.
All the best, Lyal

Patrick,
I have all his early courses and his “Mitigate This” is on my list. I’ve spent quite a bit of time on the phone with him and he’s the real deal. Knows his stuff inside out and is ALWAYS coming up with a new angle or twist that you won’t see elsewhere.

I am interested in buying after the bank has taken the homes back . Does Joe Kaiser cover this in his material? Which book would you recommend first?
Thanks Al
