I have found that these types of companies are worthless. If you sent any money , try to get it refunded.

Hey, everyone.
I recently ordered a foreclosure course (it’s been a week and haven’t yet received) as well as access to their foreclosure database, and now have someone from the company calling me about a mentor program. Does anyone know anything about this company before I call this guy back? I don’t even know the cost or anything, but don’t want to waste my time if anyone had a bad experience with them. Any input would be much appreciated as always!

I ordered from them about 5 months ago. they give a 30 day money back guarantee. Receive the material about 3 1/2 - 4 weeks from order date. I’ve since heard this is their standard practice. I opened it up and realized it wasn’t worth the money. Repackeged and sent it back the same day. I had a debit then a credit followed by another debit/credit on my credit card. I wish I had never dealt with them.
