It sounds like the foreclosure has already occurred. If the house is going to be marketed by a realtor it means that there was no an acceptable bid at the auction and now the bank has got to try to sell it.
You can buy it from the bank but you can’t stop the foreclosure since it already happened.

Hello,

My brothers neighbor foreclosed on his house two weeks ago and the house is now going to a realtor.

Is it too late for the owner to stop the foreclosure if I am willing to pay off the bank?

How did your brother’s neighobr foreclose on your brother’s house?, did he have a judgment lien against your brother?

I apologize for my missleading answer. The answer I gave was correct for the state I live in, Oregon, but in a number of states there is a period in which the owner can get their house back.
