Ay, there’s the rub. They may be easy to buy, but that’s only half the battle – unless you plan to keep them as rentals or a personal residence.

Buyers have dried up – at least in the areas I deal in – so you’re going to have a hard time selling unless you discount the property sharply.

For those of you that do Foreclosures, It must be fairly easy to buy now. (Maybe?)

But how are you selling them after you have fixed them up, and about how long is it taking you from the time you purchased it to the time you have sold it?

Also if you are using hard money, who do you use?

I NE Ohio forclosures are still selling well. Problem is that when you resell you have to compete with forclosures in the market. Buyers are at an advantage here as forclosures have hit all markets. You have to buy at a price that you can sell to compete with the current forclosure inventory.
