There will be a paper which publishes those in each county. Call your county recorders office and ask them who publishes the foreclosure sales.

Thank you all for being so helpful. Love the site!
I would kindly ask for your suggestions on a good service I could subscribe to for a list of properties going to foreclosure. I am most interested in the address, debt, time and date of sale. I will be doing this in the southeast US.
Thank you all.

I see a lot of people answering this question by saying, “There’s a paper that publishes them.”
In my area, there are about 8 newspapers, covering 3 counties. Not one of them publishes all of them.
Do your homework.

Depending upon the population of the county in which you wish to look at foreclosures, there may not be such a list or a newspaper that publishes them. And, depending upon whether you are in a judicial or non-judicial state, there may not be a sheriff’s sale.
I would urge you to read my article in the money-making tips forum of this CREONLINE.COM website “Is Foreclosure Investing for You?” You are not prepared to invest in foreclosures, in my opinion, if you have to ask the question and you don’t provide enough information about where you are and how foreclosures occur in your state.

You first need to find out who handles your sales, and then ask them where they are published. Where I am, it’s the Sherrif’s Dept. They told me the name of a very small paper that prints the notices, three weeks before the sales. It’s a whooping $18 per year for a subscription. I can, however, just go to the sherrif’s sale, and get the listings a week before they’re published.
