I am looking to buy a foreclosure at auction, but don’t want to use my personal money to purchase the house. I’m just getting started in this venture and am having trouble in talking to banks, credit unions, etc. to set up financing. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get financed? HELP!! I have nothing but desire at this point and am getting discouraged because I can’t get past this stage. Any responses would be appreciated. Have a great day!
