Bruce –

Save your money this is a high pressure outfit with no information you can’t get free elsewhere. They don’t have any property that is not listed on a bank’s web site or with the bank’s Realtor.

Find the local company that goes to the County Recorder and picks up the notices that make up foreclosure in your area. This is the only way you are sure to get all the listings.

Besides in my area pre-foreclosures are far better than foreclosures.

Good Luck,
ArieO

Can you answer some questions for me? - Posted by Jay Koutecky

Posted by Jay Koutecky on May 25, 2005 at 11:28:11:

My name is Jay and I am looking to get into the real estate business. I am a single father and want to be able to do something that allows me to make a good living but have time for my daughter as well. Real Estate seems to be the only way to do that in the current marketplace.
My current situation entails a 40 hour a week job and full time daycare for my daughter, basically she’s being raised by the daycare. Needless to say, It’s not what I want for her. I am basically wondering, givin my circumstances, I have only about 1500.00 in cash that I could put forth into this venture to get it started. That is unless I need to get a loan for more. I’m looking at getting into the forclosure market, but I’m not sure whether or not that is enough startup money for a downpayment etc. Am I thinking about this in the right way. What’s my next step? Someone Please help!

Thanks,

Jay Koutecky
