What does it mean when they put in the paper, “no upset price”? also can I go
to a bancruptcy lawyer and ask to help out any clients by paying their back
payments and taking over thier loans and home and offering to split the
profit after a sale with the owner, lawyer and myself? Is this legal?

Our golf course may have a foreclosure sale.The terms of a membership I have are that the buyer honor the same terms ie lump sum was paid for no dues. Does foreclosure mean my membership is null and void ? Or must a buyer under foreclosure have to honor contracts such as this?
