I don’t know. you are the one that said it was a very good investment, not me. i don’t know what ‘some repairs’ means. i don’t know what you plan on doing with the home. Would I buy it as an investment?, no. To live in?, maybe.

Hi their is a bank owned home selling for 189,995. It is a very good investment. I imagine a lot of people are going to be bidding on this home. This is my first deal. I have bid 215. I estimated after some repairs the house can be appraised for 235. Is my bid good enough to be a contender? Thanks
