Does “FLORIDA” section 8 pay for Studio’s ?
I just accquired a 6 unit complex , which is basically studios (a big room, w/ a bathroom and kitchen) And I have been getting conflicting replies, that section 8 does & doesnt pay for studio’s???
I was planning on section 8-ing these studios out after repairing them-up,
Anybody know if they do or dont ?, and if so , How much will they pay up to per unit?
