I had a call today, god knows how, from a guy in Florida with a home. I have not talked to him as of yet about what he has, but I know I got an email or response from someone who does deals in Florida and I would liek to forward someone this guy’s contact info.

Sorry turned out he was looking for a lender for his buyer of a land / home. It was like $70k-$80k and the potential buyer only wanted to put down 3% through HUD for the home and was denied.

I don’t do land/home at the moment, but if you are still interested I can give you his contact info.
