No, but they’re not in my area yet.
I do know that they are very stringent with the kind of deals they do. I have also heard that the leads they can’t work they sell to other investors. It may be a good idea to take them out to lunch and discuss this with them.
I’ve heard they can be a pretty good source.

Call them up and ask them to sell you any properties that they want to wholesale to another investor.
