i bet ernest tew will answer your question but, i can tell you there are leg;e ways to avoid having to deal with all that crap… but i have not yet figured them out…

ask your fellow local mobile home investors… there may be a real estate club in your area… seek it out
and i bet a few will do mobile homes…

Does anyone know how to work through the requirement by FL DMV to have a DMV rep. approve your office and lease?

I’m just starting out, and am counting the cost.
