What would be a low and high estimates to refloor a 3 unit 3407 sq. ft. house with carpet, kitchen, bathroom, etc. for a rehab? High side in terms of for renters but higher quality, plush carpet?
Possible first rehab!
Thank you,

I bought a duplex a couple of years ago where the owner had use cheap ceramic tile in the living room kitchen and hallway. It was a great Ideal. For years I’ve install laminate in living room, hall, and dining room and I’ve been pretty lucky with it also.

I agree with Sailor…there are many good quality wood laminate products that you can easily install yourself under $2.00 a sqft.

I don’t install carpet for rentals as it has to be replaced too often. I consider carpeting as a liability to health & pocketbook. (Rip out carpet yourself just one time & you’ll understand how disgustingly filthy it is) I primarily use floating vinyl for bath & kitchen, as well as children’s rooms, & laminate for the remainder.
