Thanks everyone for the humor, let me try it again.I am a newbie,(never heard that before),I have made a verbal bid and sellers have accepted on:2 bedroom house sitting on.235 ac. and a seperate parcel next door,3 bedroom mobile sitting on .196 ac.Mom owns the home, daughter owns the mobile, what has been agreed to is:I can purchase both with a 2 yr. option with the clause that I can resell.I have contacted a R.E. attorney to do the paper work,North Carolina is a attorney closing state. This is my 1st deal and want to do it correct as possible,I do intend to sell parcels seperate.Any advise on this would help.House needs about $1500.00 in repairs mobile about $500.00.Thanks

Make sure the deals are seperate. If this means two closing so be it. You do not want one contract or you will be locked into selling the properties together. If they balk at this give them a cross default.

According to negotiating expert Roger Dawson, if the sellers accepted your first deal, you’re paying too much.
