That is what a real estate agent does, find properties for a buyer. They just want a different type of property. The MLS has properties that are flaged fixer upper of handyman specials. Why would that be illegal?

If you have a client who is a mortgage lender and they want you to help them find handyman specials or “as is” properties to fix up and resale, is that legal for a realtor to get involved in because what it sounds like is they would use you to located the properties to help them get a jump on finding these properties. Is this a legal thing worth a realtor getting involved in?
