I am just getting started with flipping properties, and I dont have any money and my credit isnt that good (in fact its very poor). I 've picked up a couple of books, courses and I am gaining the knowledge necessary. I am looking for some tips on what the best way to get started as quickly as possible. Also I have a full time job, I am looking to work evenings and weekends.

Thanks

The only way buy and sell is to make offers. Even if you don’t think they’ll accept. MAKE OFFERS. This way you’ll get the lingo, know your market, and get offers accepted. Then, flip to another investor.
