I’m interesting in learning about “Flipping Properties”. The basics. I haven’t seen any conversations regarding this type of investing and would like to get a conversation going on it. My next purchase is going to be “Flipping Properties”, Bronchick/Dahlstrom but hearing from those with experience is appreciated.

you havent seen any conversations on this topic!!! Search the archives. READ the “HOW TO” articles.
There is a wealth of information to be found. FIRST read and learn, THEN come back and ask questions about parts you dont understand or need help with.
