In r/e the only thing that keeps you from doing anything is yourself. The only thing I can see is title issues…would you buy a home from someone with a different name than was on the mobile title? Some do…so enjoy

Hi I live in an area that has lots of mobile homes and it wasn’t until the other day that i really even paid that much attention to the fact that there was so many people living and still wanted mobile homes I just want to know if a person is starting with no money can they still flip mobile home like you can single family homes.
