Danny,

Why not a combo of both. Thats what my wife and I do. It works very well for us.

Rentals are nice because if you structure the deal correctly you get your rent to cover the cost of all expences and pull in a positive cash flow.

Flipping has helped us build a nice reserve fund to help us with bills that come up for the rentals we have. And its a nice way to generate some quick cash.

I like both.

And either one can get you started.

Good luck,

I am a beginner and I have looked into many different aspects of investing. I am having a problem deciding which to pursue. Is flipping the best way to start in this business? Should I be trying to buy to rent instead?
