Flipping is a good start, cos it’s easy. Buy low, sell high. It’s a good way to learn about the whole process of buying and selling a house and learning to use all the contracts and dealing with lawyers, closing agents, inspectors, public notaries etc… HOWEVER, while you’re looking for your houses to flip, from time to time, you will run into situations where you need to do something else besides flip. That’s where you really need to know what to do and be well versed in paper and lease options. this really is a tough game, it’s a marathon, get some inspiration from fastcashcourse.com and keep learning. buy a few courses and make sure you’re reading this site!

Keep Learning!

Flipping or Lease Options . . .

First, for RE beginner, flipping or lease option?

Second, anyone take Bronchick’s courses on either one or both? Thoughts?

Anyone else you’d recommend for learning “how to” in flipping or lease options?

Thanking you in advance . . .

Steve Cook is good for flipping. Haven’t seen Bronchick course but I hear lots of great things about him.
