I have several deals on the line and so far no attorney I have spoken with will even touch the deals.So now I am hearing this state is number one in Real-estate fraud.
Boy do I need help!! closing these deals double or assignment. And these are good deals.

I am a loan officer> I need to know the way to put these type of deals
together. How to educate wholesale and escrow. Where can I get answers
on this? 25 wholesale lenders I spoke to said fraud, could not do it. Want
to do this in NC.
